Celebrities aren’t just saving Hunter’s weather-ready boots for a rainy day.
Reese Witherspoon, Meghan Markle and Taylor Swift — to name just a few — have all pulled on pairs of the waterproof footwear, rain or shine.
And it seems Sarah Jessica Parker can’t help but wonder about the practical styles either, as she was seen trading her stilettos for Hunter Original Adjustable Short Boots (from $83) while filming “And Just Like That” in an NYC rainstorm in January 2023.
But despite the brand’s many celebrity fans, you won’t need a Hollywood paycheck to pick up a pair; a slew of the brand’s boots are available on retailers like Amazon — including Parker’s pair, which starts at under $100.

Friends Taylor Swift and Gigi Hadid are also on the same page about the style; while the “Anti-Hero” songstress and ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn stepped out in London wearing matching Hunters in 2022, Hadid pulled on a pair while leaving a 2019 photoshoot in NYC.
Meanwhile fellow model Kendall Jenner is similarly in her element — and prepared to confront the elements — in her Hunter boots. She’s a longtime fan of the footwear, and even showed off a sherpa style, the vegan leather version of the Play Shearling Insulated Tall Rain Boots ($130), in a birthday Instagram Story in 2023.
The British brand has also been a longtime favorite of the royal family; Princess Diana famously wore Hunter’s mid-calf wellingtons.
And Meghan Markle hasn’t given the classic style the boot, having sported her tall Hunters for a handful of outings over the years.
With fall weather on the way, perhaps even more stars will soon be making a splash in Hunter boots.
