THE BILL PASSED OUT OF SUBCOMMITTEES IN BOTH CHAMBERS WEDNESDAY. IF IT IS SIGNED INTO LAW, DELIVER ING A DRUG RESULTING IN DEATH WOULD BECOME A CLASS B FELONY.
