CHOPPER 12 ABOVE THE SCENE. >> BREAKING AT 4 A MILWAUKEE 14-YEAR-OLD CHARGED CHARGED IN A SHOOTING THAT KILLED ANOTHER 14-YEAR-OLD AND PUT A 13-YEAR-OLD IN THE HOSPITAL. SEBASTIAN FLORENTINO WAS KILLED SATURDAY NIGHT NEAR 52ND AND CLARKE. A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT SAYS FLORENTINO, HIS BROTHER, AND TWO OTHER BOYS WERE FILMING VIDEOS GUNS IN A GARAGE. ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT THE SURVIVING VICTIM SAYS THE SUSPECT FIRED ONE ROUND AT FLORENTINO APOLOGIZED THEN SHOT FLORENTINO AGAIN AS HE WAS WALKING TOWARDS THE DOOR. THE SURVIVING VICTIM TOLD INVESTIGATORS THE SUSPECT THEN WENT BACK INTO THE GARAGE AND SHOT HIM. THE 13-YEAR-OLD SAYS HE PRETENDED TO BE DEAD UNTIL THE SUSPECT RAN OUT OF THE GARAGE. ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINT THE SUSPECT ADMITTED TO HAVING A FIREARM BUT SAID IT ACCIDENTALLY DISCHARGED ONE TIME AND HIT FLORENTINO IN THE ABDOMEN. Sebastian Florentino was killed, and his brother was shot but survived

Prosecutors charged a 14-year-old Milwaukee boy with shooting and killing another 14-year-old on Saturday and injuring his 13-year-old brother. The 14-year-old suspect, who WISN 12 News is not naming at this time, faces first-degree reckless homicide and first-degree reckless injury charges, along with possession of a firearm by an adjudicated delinquent. According to a criminal complaint, Sebastian Florentino was shot in the head and stomach on Saturday near 52nd and Clarke streets.The complaint says Florentino, his 13-year-old brother and the suspect were in a garage making videos while displaying weapons.According to the criminal complaint, the surviving victim said the suspect fired one round at Florentino, said "Sorry bro", and then shot Florentino again as he was walking toward the door.The suspect then returned to the garage and shot Florentino's brother, who said he fell to the ground and pretended to be dead, the complaint says. The complaint says investigators also found a fired bullet near Sebastian's body outside the garage. According to the complaint, the suspect said the gun "accidentally discharged one time and hit Florentino in the abdomen." The suspect said, "he then dropped the firearm and ran off." He remains in jail on a $100,000 cash bail.
