This taco truck is acclaimed for its short and sweet rotating menu with less than 10 items. Yelpers say it's the best stop for tacos. Ivan and Cynthia Garcia, who co-founded West Coast Taco Bar after relocating to Sacramento, say some of the items are reminiscent of their time in San Diego. At No. 76, The Kitchen Restaurant in Sacramento, is a Michelin-starred spot that encourages people to learn about the art behind the food.
