A lawsuit is claiming several gaming and hospitality companies are artificially raising the price of hotel rooms in Las Vegas.
The class-action lawsuit accuses Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts, Treasure Island, and Wynn Las Vegas of conspiring to raise the price of Las Vegas Strip hotel rooms.
Tourists filing the complaint believe all four are "colluding with data-sharing companies" Rainmaker and Cendyn to inflate room rates to record highs.

The lawsuit is now looking to hold them liable for repayment to those who've overpaid because of the alleged scheme.
A spokesman for Wynn Resorts declined to comment. News 3 has reached out to the other companies accused in the suit as well.
