The two people cited were from Slidell, according to agents

Two Slidell men were cited by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries on separate occasions for allegedly littering in Orleans Parish.Officials said Patrick M. Pfalzgraf, 30, was cited on Jan 13, and Romg R. Stewart, 26, was cited on Jan. 15. Both men were accused of gross littering.The situation was brought to LDWF agents' attention through anonymous tips and social media posts about littering at the Chef Menteur Highway and Highway 11. Agents said upon investigation, most of the litter appeared to be household trash. While sifting through the litter, agents found identifying material, which helped link it to the two people's citations.LDWF said gross littering brings up to a $900 fine, 30 days in jail and serving 16 hours of community service in a litter abatement work program for each offense.
