Urban Air Employee Charged with Solicitation of a Minor

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A man was arrested on Tuesday after he groped a 10-year-old girl, according to police. They say the incident occurred at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park on Gunbarrel Road.
Claude Abran Finch, 25, was an employee at Urban Air, management confirmed.
He is being charged with solicitation of a minor and aggravated sexual battery, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
While working, he took the child to an area that was unavailable to the public. There were no security cameras at this location, officials said.
Police say Finch attempted to offer the child $60 in arcade game cards in exchange for groping her.
They say he fled the scene after the incident, and police later arrested him.
Urban Air management says Finch has been terminated.
Finch has been arrested in the past on similar charges.
