Ontario, N.Y. — A Wayne County man faces charges after he allegedly entered a building to make contact with someone who had an order of protection against him, made threats and caused a disturbance.
Deputies said Christopher Kowalski, 30, entered a building in Ontario to make contact with the victim Tuesday morning.
Kowalski allegedly began yelling and striking a wall, then kicked and punched a locked door the victim and another person were hiding in.
Deputies said Kowalski refused to follow police commands and made threats to intimidate them.
He was arrested and charged with two counts of harassment, criminal contempt, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct.
Kowalski was arraigned later Tuesday. He's now listed as out of custody.
