A husband and wife were found dead at Death Valley National Park earlier this month following an apparent murder-suicide incident.
Authorities with the Nationa Park Service say that on Friday, January 13, a man called the Inyo County Sheriff’s Office to report that he had just killed his wife and intended to kill himself.
He told the 911 operator where to find them and left a note in their vehicle, explaining that his wife was suffering from chronic health conditions.
