Duo charged after seizure of copper piping, tools in Livingston Parish

DENHAM SPRINGS, La. (BRPROUD) – Vincent Seal, 51 and Marci Seal, 55, are accused of stealing “tens of thousands of dollars” worth of items, according to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The duo was taken into custody on Monday, Jan. 23, as part of an ongoing investigation by the LPSO Armed Robbery & Burglary Division.

With a search warrant in hand, investigators were able to seize items including copper piping and tools. The search was conducted on Walker South Road.

Sheriff Jason Ard said, “We believe these items will be tied to multiple parishes.”

Vincent has yet to be booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center. LPSO confirmed that upon booking, the 51-year-old will be charged with felony illegal possession of stolen things, theft and more. Vincent also has outstanding warrants in Ascension Parish, according to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Marci was charged with illegally supplying a felon with a firearm. Her bond was set at $25,000.

The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office received help from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office during this investigation.
