By Russ Heltman,

Right now, the Bearcats are a lock to have at least three players selected in 2023.

CINCINNATI — The Athletic's Dane Brugler released his full position rankings for the 2023 NFL Draft. A trio of Bearcats cracked the group in wide receiver Tyler Scott, tight end Josh Whyle, and linebacker Ivan Pace Jr.

Scott landed the highest of any Bearcat, sitting seventh among wide receivers. He is 204th overall on the consensus big board and the 25th-ranked receiver. That tracks him as roughly a sixth-round pick

Whyle is 10th on Brugler's tight-end rankings. He is 140th on the consensus big board and eighth among tight ends. The UC stalwart currently projects as a fifth-round pick.

Pace rounds out the crew ranked 14th among Brugler's linebackers.

He is the consensus 11th-best linebacker in this class and 135th overall. Right now, he is pacing to be the first Bearcat drafted this year, projecting as a fourth-round pick.
