The Scotland County Sheriff's Office responded to a breaking and entering at the NC Organic Recycling Company on Airport Road on Monday, authorities said.
According to the sheriff's office, when they arrived on the scene, they saw a vehicle.
Authorities said that officers entered the building where the suspect ran from and was then was caught shortly after with help from the Maxton Police Dept.
Authorities also confirmed the identity of the suspect as Hakeem Levon Blue, 32, who they said had been charged with breaking into the recycling company twice before but had not yet been arrested.
Blue reportedly stole two pallets of Red Bulls during the Monday break-in and another two pallets during the previous break-ins.
Blue is charged with three counts of breaking and entering, three counts of larceny after breaking and entering, possession of a controlled substance, felony conspiracy and two counts of resisting a public officer, according to the sheriff's office.
His next court date is on January 26 and he is currently being held under a $27,000 bond at the Scotland County Detention Center.
