Amherst, NY (WBEN) - A significant police presence was noticeable Tuesday morning at the Red Roof Inn on Flint Road in the Town of Amherst.
Amherst Police tell WBEN a 27 year old man was found with a gunshot wound. The victim is being treated at ECMC.
Police say the man was discovered in a room around 4:20am Tuesday. The male was treated at the scene and taken to ECMC with non-life threatening injuries.
