The lone survivor of a deadly North Las Vegas crash that killed nine last year is now organizing an event honoring the victims on the one-year anniversary.
A tree dedication ceremony commemorating the nine lives lost in last year's crash will be held on Sunday, January 29, at Craig Ranch Regional Park.
Sunday marks the one-year anniversary of the crash that killed a family traveling in a Toyota Sienna and two people traveling in a Dodge Challenger.
Tiffani May Noel, who was traveling through the intersection and suffered critical injuries, is said to be organizing the event and will have North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown and North Las Vegas Councilman Isaac Barron in attendance.
The community is invited to attend the event, which begins at 11 a.m.
