For the second straight morning, an Excelsior Springs School District bus was involved in a crash. The district said Bus No. 1 was involved in a crash Tuesday morning at 8:15 a.m. in the area of 143rd Street and M Highway. A second vehicle and the bus collided mirrors, breaking a mirror and a small part of the driver's window. No one was injured and all the students were loaded onto a second bus and transported to their school. On Monday, a school bus was involved in a two-vehicle accident on Tiger Drive near the high school. There were no students on that bus. No injuries were reported in Monday's accident.
