Local assistance center helps with storm recovery in Santa Maria

SANTA MARIA, Calif. – Resources from local, state and federal agencies were offered to people in Santa Maria at Maramonte Hall on Monday afternoon.

Santa Barbara County hosted local assistance centers across the central coast to help people affected by this month’s rainstorm.

American Red Cross handed out clean up kits and shovels for mud. Anyone from the area is welcomed to get help.
