BINGHAMTON, NY (WIVT/WBGH) – Due to last night’s storm, the Broome County Public Library will not open until 1 p.m. today, January 23rd.
It will remain open until its normal closing time, 8 p.m.
The library is located at 185 Court Street in Binghamton.
