Update: Four suspects arrested in fatal shooting incident near The Grove Apartments

According to the Victoria Police Department, Solis was the subject of a warrant charging him with Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon in reference to the incident at The Grove Apartments on Jan. 15.

Law enforcement also arrested Eden Bland, 20, Elijah Hinojosa, 21, and Jacqueline Hill, 21, from the same residence and charged all three with Hindering Apprehension.

Victoria Police Department officers and detectives conducted a thorough investigation leading to the apprehension of Solis and the arrests of the other subjects. The Victoria County Sheriff’s Office, the Crossroads HIDTA Task Force and the US Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force assisted with the investigation.
