Governor J.B. Pritzker signed the Protect Illinois Communities Act into law on Tuesday. This legislation effectively bans so-called assault weapons in Illinois. Attorney Tom DeVore joined Annie Frey to explain the law's details and share what he is doing to push back against it. DeVore calls the legislation unconstitutional and vows to fight it in court.
