The event, which is for families with children ages 4-10, is being organized by AAFE, a community development organization dedicated to advancing social and economic justice for Asian Americans and other ethnic groups.

The event will feature gifts, entertainment and food, and is a part of a series of public events that AAFE provides to the Jackson Heights community. Blessed Sacrament Church is located at 34-43 93rd St. in Jackson Heights, with the event taking place from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. There will be churros and hot chocolate, performances by a local children’s choir, a gift giveaway (registration is required and supplies are limited). AAFE and other neighborhood organizations will also be providing information about free services available in the community.
