More clouds with seasonable temperatures for the rest of the workweek

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Quiet conditions today with clouds and extra moisture staying put.

Temperatures on the other hand are cooler than what we felt yesterday and staying near normal but chillier during our overnight hours.

With the extra moisture staying within our area, patchy fog is possible starting tonight and before 10 a.m. Friday morning for both Yuma, Imperial, and even La Paz counties.

Keep in mind fog can be hazardous to drivers, which could bring restrictions in visibility.

A stronger system will move through the region Saturday night lasting through Sunday.

This will bring a widespread of rain and breezier conditions for the Desert Southwest.

Mild and cool conditions will be with us for our Friday and the majority of our Saturday before expected rain showers arrive as early as Saturday night.

Rain will be likely to ring in the New Year with another round of rain at the beginning of our work week.
