Judge Donald Molloy signed an order Friday striking down House Bill 702 in health care settings.
The law prohibits discrimination based on a person's vaccination status or possession of an immunity passport.
But Molloy's order said the law creates problems in health care settings where providers work in an environment to protect patient health.
Molloy concluded in his order that the bill is unconstitutional and preempted by federal law in health care settings.
