• Kate Walsh hit the premiere for Emily in Paris season 3 wearing a daring cut-out gown that showed off her super-sculpted body.
  • The actress, 55, flashed some side-boob and a peek of her toned core in the dress.
  • Kate loves doing dance-based workouts, and she journals and meditates for her mental health.

Kate Walsh’s character may have a penchant for patterns in Emily in Paris, but the actress herself was pure Hollywood glamour when she walked the red carpet for the Netflix show’s third season.

The Private Practice star donned a sleek gray dress by Stephane Rolland Paris that accentuated her curves and all-over sculpted body.

“An absolutely magical evening in Paris for the Season Trois premiere of #EmilyInParis 😍✨🇫🇷 @Netflix” Kate captioned a photo of her look on Instagram. She added Bulgari jewels to her outfit, which featured a cut-out that extended from her shoulder down to her hip, highlighting her super toned abs and a little side-boob.

She also rocked some blue eyeliner and posed with her hubby and co-stars. Of course, her fans and friends freaked out. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH HOW CUTE YOU ARE?!" one person wrote. Ellen Pompeo left lots of fire emojis, and a third person commented, "She came to SLAY!"

When she's not walking red carpets, Kate is a fan of dance-based workouts. She fell in love with model favorite studio Ballet Beautiful founded by pro dancer Mary Helen Bowers in 2019 following a hip replacement, Kate told Us Weekly.

“The movements in this workout particularly are so hip-opening, hip-centric,” Kate shared. Clearly, she loves this workout, which uses a ballet barre, because it helps build strength without being tough on your body like some HIIT classes.

“You’re building strength without overtaxing the body. You don’t have to punish your body to have a great workout,” Kate added. She also promotes taking a day off, telling Coveteur she’s been taking it easy in the gym.

“We’re really in a ‘do more’ culture, and for me I sort have backed off. I think variety is great. I love walking and weight training, and then giving my body time to repair. That could mean only working out once every four days,” she shared.

Kate looks at the whole picture when it comes wellness, per Coveteur. This means making sure she gets proper sleep and carving out time for journaling every morning. She also meditates, which she says helps with her mental health.

“I try to write every morning first thing when I get up. I say out loud, ‘This is going to be a perfect day.’ I’m not kidding. I’m telling you, it works,” said Kate. I know I'll be adding this to my morning routine stat.

Kate also loves her coffee and said her ideal morning is a delicious cup in bed with her cats overlooking a beautiful New York spring day. And honestly...same! Kate says she drinks a ton of water, she told Coveteur, and sometimes adds a little apple cider vinegar and lemon to get everything moving and grooving in the morning.

Keep doing you, Kate!
