Over Easy, the homegrown brunch concept from celebrity Chef Aaron May is gearing up to open three more locations across the Valley, including one around the second quarter of 2023 in Chandler’s The Shoppes at Casa Paloma, located at 7131 W Ray Rd, as well as one at 67th Ave and Deer Valley in Glendale, and another in Tempe, according to co-owner Ryan Field.

Field did not immediately provide further comment.

Over Easy was founded by May in 2008, becoming something of an overnight success and reaching national acclaim – despite the fact that there’s only one location outside Arizona, in Florida – when it was featured on numerous Food Network tv shows, most famously Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, while simultaneously receiving write-ups in prominent media outlets, and earning the title as one of America’s Best Brunches in 2012 by Travel + Leisure.

The menu consists of classics such as Steak & Eggs, Biscuit & Gravy, and a Southwest Skillet, as well as more inspired fare such as the corndog-like Golden Waffle Dogs, Breakfast Burger, and Hatch 505 Eggs Benedict – made with smoked pulled pork and hatch green chile on a split biscuit served with choice of potato. Meanwhile, the restaurant also has a menu of “Brunchtails,” or brunch-adjacent cocktails, including a Spiked Chai, Adult Chocolate Milk, and Brunch Mule.

As the company writes on its website, “Over Easy is one of the first to expand on the concept of day-time eateries and continues to be a fan favorite, offering a modern twist on breakfast and brunch classics along with day-time cocktails. All created to provide guests a memorable dining experience.”
