Police arrest five on various charges

WATERBURY, Conn.(WTIC Radio)-An initial search by Waterbury's Gang Task and Auto Theft Task Forces and Connecticut State Police for one individual resulted in the arrest of four others on a variety of charges at a residence on Willow Street.

The arrests occurred on Tuesday.

Police sought Zachary Foster, 27, a convicted  felon. He was apprehended inside the residence. Inside they discovered 138 bags of heroin, 31 grams of  crack cocaine, 20 bags of marijuana, $630 in cash, and two 9mm handguns. One of the weapons was stolen out of Watertown, police said.

Foster faces charges including operating a drug factory, weapons and drug offenses.

Others facing charges include Darien Foster, Isaiah Mujica, Jamie Fox and Jessica Campanelli.

Darien Foster of Waterbury faces various drug charges. Mujica, from Waterbury, is charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and criminal mischief.

Fox, from New Hartford, was arrested for failure to appear regarding previous arrest incidents.

Campanelli from Oxford faces possession of a controlled substance and interfering with police.
