Syracuse, N.Y. — Three teenagers have been charged with the murder of a 25-year-old Syracuse man in October, police said Thursday.
Isaiah Hudson was shot in the head while driving a Jeep the night of Oct. 2 on Carbon Street, police said. He tried to drive away after he was shot but instead crashed into a house at 211 Carbon St., they said.
Hudson was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An investigation that included several search warrants and a citywide canvass led police to arrest three Syracuse 17-year-old teens, Syracuse police spokesman Lt. Matthew Malinowski said.
Carlito Walls, Geremiah Burrell and Termaine Davis were charged, according to the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office.
Two of them were arrested in November and were lodged in the Hillbrook Juvenile Detention Center, Malinowski said.
The third, Davis, was arrested Thursday and has also been moved to Hillbrook, Malinowski said.
All three have been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree attempted robbery and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
