THEY ALLEGEDLY SHOT, STABBED, BEAT, AND ROBBED HIM. ACOSTA DIED AT THE SCENE. BOTH SANTANA AND WATSON ARE BEING HELD AT THE ORANGE COUNTY JAIL ON NO BOND. MICHELLE: AN ORLANDO YOUTH PROGRAM EMPLOYEE IS ACCUSED OF MOLESTING A TEENAGE GIRL. INVESTIGATORS SAY IT HAPPENED LAST MONTH, BUT THE VICTIM TOLD AUTHORITIES SHE WAS INITIALLY AFRAID TO TELL ANYONE. GAIL: WHICH TRIED TO CONTACT A NUMBER OF PEOPLE REGARDING THE ALLEGATIONS. SO FAR, WE ARE STILL WAITING. 31-YEAR-OLD DEMARCUS WOMACK, A MENTOR TO KIDS, IS OUT OF JAIL ON BOND, CHARGED WITH THREE COUNTS OF INDECENT, LEWD, OR LASCIVIOUS TOUCHING OF A 17-YEAR-OLD GIRL. HE WAS ARRESTED TUESDAY. WE FIRST MET WOMACK SEVERAL YEARS AGO, WHEN WESH 2’S SUMMER KNOWLES REPORTED ON FELON VOTING RIGHTS. DEMARCUS WOMACK WAS CONVICTED OF ASSAULT FOR A SHOOTING IN PARRAMORE IN 2010. >> WE ALL HUMAN AND WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. PEOPLE DO CHANGE, AND I’M A PRIME EXAMPLE. GAIL: WOMACK WENT ON TO PLAY FOOTBALL AT BETHUNE COOKMAN UNIVERSITY, WHILE WORKING ON A CRIMINAL JUSTICE DEGREE. AFTER HIS RECENT ARREST, A CITY OF ORLANDO SPOKESPERSON SAID, "DEMARCUS WOMACK WAS A CONTRACT EMPLOYEE WHO WORKED WITH THE CITY OF ORLANDO’S PARRAMORE KIDZ ZONE. UPON LEARNING OF HIS ARREST YESTERDAY, HIS CONTRACT OF IMMEDIATELY." -- HIS CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT WAS TERMINATED, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY." THE ARREST REPORT SAYS WOMACK AND THE 17-YEAR-OLD GIRL MET IN THE STAIRWELL IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX BECAUSE THEY WERE UPSET OVER THE RECENT SHOOTING DEATH OF A MUTUAL FRIEND, GAMAINE BROWN. THE REPORT THEN DETAILS THE ALLEGED INAPPROPRIATE TOUCHING BY WOMACK. IT ALSO SAYS THE TWO EXCHANGED MESSAGES AFTERWARDS, AND HE ASKED HER TO DELETE THEM. THE 17-YEAR-OLD LATER STATED, "U KNOW IT WAN RIGHT. THAT’S WHY I GOTTA DELETEEEEEE." WOMACK STATED, "YOU RIGHT." AN ORLANDO CITY SPOKESPERSON GOES ON TO SAY, “WE WERE DISTURBED TO LEARN OF THIS ARREST. WE TAKE THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR RESIDENTS AND YOUTH VERY SERIOUSLY AND AS SUCH, WE HAVE NOTIFIED WOMACK DIRECTLY THAT HE IS CURRENTLY PROHIBITED FROM RETURNING TO CITY PROPERTY OR WORKING WITH ANY CITY PROGRAMS."

An Orlando youth program employee has been accused of molesting a teenage girl.Demarcus Womack, 31, faces three counts of lewd or lascivious behavior involving a minor.A spokesperson for the city of Orlando said Womack was a contract employee for its Parramore Kidz Zone. They said he was fired Wednesday. According to an affidavit, Womack met with a 17-year-old girl in a stairwell because he and the teen were upset over the death of a friend. Documents say he then groped her and put his hands down her pants.The teen told investigators she told Womack "no" and attempted to pull away but he continued to pull her back in. She was eventually able to get away. She told authorities she was initially afraid to tell anyone but ended up telling her mother, who got the police involved.Officials say they received messages between Womack and the girl which showed he urged her to delete their correspondence because he didn't want to be in trouble.Womack has been arrested and bonded out of jail. One condition of his bond is no contact with the victim or any person under the age of 18.
