LOGAN, Utah – With the official start to the 2023 season less than a month away, Aggie Nation can catch its first glimpse of Utah State's gymnastics team at the Aggie Blue & White Intrasquad Meet on Friday, Dec. 9, at 6 p.m., at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.
Admission is free and open to the public. The Aggies will perform routines on all four events and be judged in front of fans.
"We are excited to showcase our hard work in front of our Aggie fans," said first-year Utah State head coach Kristin White. "We look forward to a great competition where our fans will get their first look into the 2023 season. We have several athletes contributing new events to our lineups and we are thrilled to watch them take the next step in their preparation for the season. We hope it is a great evening for our fans and they leave hungry to come out and support USU Gymnastics in our four home competitions this year."

For all kids 12 and under, there will be a post-meet opportunity spend time with the Aggie gymnasts and coaching staff. Waivers for the parents to fill out prior to the event will be on the marketing table located on the concourse. Those who participate will warm up on the floor and then spend time on the gymnastics equipment.
Utah State officially opens its season at the fourth annual Rio Tinto Best of Utah Meet on Friday, Jan. 13, at the Maverik Center in West Valley City. The podium event, which also features in-state rivals BYU, Southern Utah and Utah, will begin at 7 p.m.
Utah has won the past three Best of Utah competitions at the Maverik Center, while the Aggies placed second last season.
The Aggies return 12 gymnasts from last year's squad that enjoyed one of its finest seasons in program history.
Utah State capped the 2022 campaign by placing third in Session 1 of the second round of the NCAA Norman Regional on March 31, at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Oklahoma. USU ended the year ranked No. 23 in the nation.
The Aggies scored at least a 49.075 on each event en route to finishing with a team score of 196.825, which is the highest score in program history for an NCAA regional meet and also ranks third all-time in school history.
Utah State captured its first-ever Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference championship in 2022 as the Aggies recorded a season-high 197.025, which ranks second all-time in school history. It proved to be USU's sixth conference title overall and its first since 2005 (Western Gymnastics Conference).
