Neighborhood eatery Taste of Chicago has reopened in it’s original Addison location on Midway Road. The highly anticipated reopening comes after months of renovations.

A second location of the outpost recently opened in historic downtown McKinney in October, offering a full bar and outdoor patio.

The menu includes build your own Chicago-style deep dish pies and specialty pizzas including the Chicago Classic (pepperoni, mushrooms, onion and green pepper) and authentic Italian beef sandwiches stuffed with roast beef, cheese and giardiniera reign supreme as well as thin-crust Tavern-style pizzas and pastas including Mama’s Marinara, Meat Sauce Masterclass and Chicken Parmesan.

With the reopening of the original Addison location and the grand opening of the 2nd McKinney restaurant, Taste of Chicago’s newest menu items include a classic Chicago dog (an all beef wiener piled high with bright green mustard relish, onions, pickle spear, sports pepper, tomatoes, celery salt and yellow mustard), Wisconsin cheese curds and hot wings.

Taste of Chicago is located at 14833 Midway Road in Addison and 216 W. Virginia Street #102 in McKinney.
