•Princeton is 5-2 this season after dropping the Towson Tigers, 71-54, on Monday.
•Julia Cunningham paced the Tigers with 13 points while Grace Stone (12), Madison St. Rose (12) and Kaitlyn Chen (11) also registered double digits in the win. St. Rose had a season high while Ellie Mitchell added 12 rebounds.
•It was the first time a Princeton opponent had not knocked down a three-pointer in a game since Dec. 29, 2019, vs. New Hampshire. Head coach Carla Berube's unit held Towson to 16 baskets and 32 percent shooting.
•The home team made one more run at Princeton with eight straight to cut the deficit to eight, 55-47, with 6:28 to go. Stone scored six points over the next three and half minutes while Princeton's defense allowed no baskets over the final 3:45 of game action to secure the victory.
