Looking for some entertainment this holiday season? The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra has an event-filled December for the whole family to enjoy.
"We're in the holiday spirit here at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and so thrilled to invite concertgoers to the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall to enjoy lively music, family films and festival decorations," BSO President and CEO, Mark Hanson said.
A Cirque Holiday Soiree
- Saturday, Dec. 10th: 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 11th: 3 p.m.
You will get to see aerialists and acrobats fly, twist and turn themselves across the stage to the holiday classics, along with Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker.
Home Alone in Concert
- Friday, Dec. 16th: 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 17th: 1:30 p.m.
Enjoy one of the holiday favorites, with composer John Williams' charming and delightful score that is performed live-to-picture by the BSO.
Holiday Spectacular
- Saturday, Dec. 17th: 8 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 18th: 3 p.m.
Listen to your favorite holiday music while watching the tap-dancing Santas and BSO Artistic Partner Wordsmith. There will also be a few musical surprises to look forward too.
New Year's Eve: BSO Fusion from Beethoven to Beyoncé
- Saturday, Dec. 31st: 8 p.m.
This program will combine the greatest artists of all-time with the best popular artists of today. Hear Lady Gaga sing with Brahms, Bruno Mars improvise with Bach, John Mayer fanboy over Mahler and so much more.

In addition to the programming, the Meyerhoff lobby will be transformed into a winter wonderland.
