According to prosecutors, in April 2022, Gallagher contacted the victim on a social media platform and, allegedly, asked, “are you underage at all?” The victim replied that he was 14 years old. Gallagher is accused of then sending two obscene images of himself to the minor, expressing interest in meeting with the minor in person and asking the minor to send an explicit video of himself to Gallagher.
