Appleton West 78, Plymouth 70

APPLETON - Mikail Harmison scored 16 of his game-leading 22 points in the first half to help the Terrors to a 22-point halftime lead in their win over the Panthers.

Denium Potts was next in line for Appleton West with 20 points. Ezra Brown and E.J. Holt added 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Plymouth was led by Kayden Schultz with 15 points. Jordan Schmitt and Marco Troka added 14 and 11 points, respectively.

Wisconsin Lutheran 87, Neenah 48

NEENAH - Wisconsin Lutheran raced to a 25-5 first-half lead and never looked back in the win over the defending WIAA Division 1 state champs at Ron Einerson Fieldhouse.

Lutheran (4-0), ranked No. 1 in the latest wissports.net coaches poll in Division 2, got 16 points from Landon Key and 15 from Jamiir Allen. Kon Knueppel, one of the top-rated juniors in the state, added 14 points as the Vikings connected on 12 3-pointers.

Wisconsin Lutheran led 48-30 at the half but had a 12-3 scoring run to start the second half to put away the game.

Brady Corso led Neenah (2-1) with nine points with Cal Klesmit adding eight. The loss snapped the Rockets’ 29-game winning streak that dated back to early last season.

APPLETON - The Tritons shot 10-for-24 (41%) from 3-point range compared to 4-for-19 (21%) for the Patriots, but Appleton East made up the difference at the charity stripe making 19-of-24 free throws to just 3-of-3 for Notre Dame.

Nonetheless, the two point difference was just enough for the Tritons to squeak out the close victory.

Emmett Lawton led all scorers with 32 points for Notre Dame. Max Augustine added 14 for the Tritons.

Joey La Chapell scored 26 points for Appleton East, followed by Caleb Glaser with 17 and Tyson Keil with 11.

SEYMOUR - Hayden Quimby and Tyler Brightman combined for 21 points in the second half to help rally the Hawks over the Thunder.

Alex Sherwood led Xavier with 17 points, including 14 in the firsthalf. Brightman finished with 15 points, while Quimby and Luke Krull had 14 and 10 points, respectively.

Seymour, which made nine 3-point baskets, was led by Pace Jefferson with 13 points.

FOX CROSSING - Cole Uhlenbrauck and Danny Griffith combined for 53 points in the Zephyrs’ win over the Flying Dutchmen.

Uhlenbrauck finished with 30 points, including six 3-pointers. Griffith had 23 points with three 3-pointers.

Michael Fairweather and Charlie Nackers added 16 and 10 points, respectively, for St. Mary Catholic.

WEYAUWEGA - Dawson Schmidt blistered the nets for a game-high 42 points as the Chiefs held off the Warhawks.

Also scoring in double figures for Shiocton were Bennett Schmidt and Jacob Klitzke, both with 12 points, and Bennett Wilcox with 10.

Jaden Rice led Weyauwega-Fremont with 27 points, while Brayden Arndt added 17 and Bryce Dittmann scored 10.

OOSTBURG - Brynn Wisse grabbed an offensive rebound and made a layup at the buzzer to lift Oostburg to the win.

Wisse finished with 14 points, while Caris Jaeger added 12 and Jenna Soerens 10 as the Flying Dutchmen held off the Zephyrs in a Big East Conference crossover matchup.

The game was tight throughout as Oostburg took a 26-25 lead into intermission.

Emily Vogel poured in 20 points and Chloe Vogel added 13 to pace the Zephyrs.

GRAND CHUTE - Luke Sutton scored in overtime to lift the Rockets to the victory.

Ty Laabs scored two goals and had an assist for NHM. Kolden Hunter and Ben Kitowski also scored. John Kriz and Cooper Zinda each had two assists.

Oshkosh goals were scored by Evan Neitzel, Braden Vossekuil, Winston Knobloch and Isaiah Koeppen.

Rockets goalie John Horneck made 15 saves. Oshkosh goalie Gage Bauer made 45 saves.

St. Mary’s Springs 6, Appleton United 3

FOND DU LAC - The Ledgers scored four goals in the third period to pull away for the victory.

Talan Blanck had two goals and three assists, and Gabe Braun had two goals and two assists for Springs. Austin Westergaard added a goal and two assists, and Connor Schramm also scored a goal for Springs.

Appleton United goals were scored by Tyler Heil, Ben Tomassetti and Aman Duehring.

Springs goalie Armani Fisher made 11 saves, while Owen Debbert made 40 saves for Appleton.

FOX CROSSING - The Warriors scored two goals in the third period to beat the Stars.

Chase Beahm, Payson Landal and Cade Hartgerink scored goals for Waupun. Micah Buchholz had two assists.

Waupun goalie Blake Colker made 20 saves.

Brody Van Eperen scored the goal for Fox Cities and goalie Elliot Reichenbacher made 40 saves.
