DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — The BMW Dallas Marathon Festival is underway and tonight temps continue to hold in the low 60s with rain chances just at 20%.

This all changes overnight and Saturday looks to be a soggy one for the 10K, 5k and 100 M. Rain chances start lower at 40% in the 6 a.m. - 7 a.m. time frame and then increase to 50% by 8 a.m.

That trend continues and by the late morning we have rain chances at 80%-90% for all of North Texas.

A warm front lifts through North Texas overnight and keeps us mild with temperatures in the mid 60s by sunrise. An area of low pressure tracks through the south side of North Texas by late morning and that increases the rain coverage.

We will see some moderate to heavy rain at times and a few isolated storms can't be ruled out. The rain continues through the late afternoon, evening and overnight.

By sunrise Sunday, the heaviest rain is out of North Texas but the clouds remain. We see a small cool down on the way with morning temps in the lower 50s by 8 a.m.

Saturday's high temperature warms to the upper 60s but on Sunday they are in the low 60s. For the Marathon and Ultramarathon, the temp climbs from 53 in the morning to about 62 for the daytime high.
