Local restaurant holds specialty pizza donation for United Way

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - Sam & Louie’s restaurant in Scottsbluff will donate $1 of every specialty pizza ordered in the month of December to United Way of Western Nebraska.

This donation will help support United Way campaign goal of $400,000.

In addition, to every donation that is made your name will be in a drawing for a chance to win pizza for a year.

Melissa Schneider Owner of Sam & Louie’s says “You get a free 16inch one topping pizza each month for a year, were going to be doing a drawing and you don’t have to put in a ticket. It’s one of those things we can pull from the POS system when you put an order in so that’s just an extra incentive to keep giving back. I just think to support the United Way they do so much great stuff for the community and so many bases and our community needs help they are always right there doing a great job so, I appreciate everyone’s support.”
