NJPW has announced some big changes to their NJPW STRONG brand, with the brand set to consist of all the company’s shows in America as one of the changes. The company announced on Sunday that moving forward, all NJPW events in the US will be under the STRONG brand, and that the weekly taping format of NJPW Strong will move to a “duel model” of STRONG LIVE and STRONG On Demand.

MLW has filed their legal response to WWE’s motion to halt discovery in the lawsuit filed by the other promotion against them. As reported last year, MLW filed suit against WWE alleging intentional interference with contract relations, intentional interference with prospective economic relations, and a violation of the Sherman Antitrust act among other things. The suit alleged that WWE caused the scuttling of a “lucrative agreement” with FOX’s free ad-supported streaming Tubi by threatening to cease doing business with FOX if the deal went through. It further alleged that WWE caused the end of MLW’s negotiations with VICE TV in 2021.
