The Storm Lake City Council on Monday approved the master plan for the dredge spoil site in the southeast part of town.
The council conducted a review of the plan at their previous meeting. City Manager Keri Navratil said the total cost for the project is close to seven-million dollars…(audio clip below)
The plan is expected to be done in phases, starting with hiking/biking trails. The City of Storm Lake will be applying for grant funds, if any become available, to help with the cost of the project.
