After the 13th full slate of regular season action, most fantasy football leagues are heading into the final week before the playoffs begin.
If you had a tough injury in Week 13, or you have a player hitting their bye week at an inopportune time, we’ll scan the waiver wire. For potential pickups, we’ll consider players who are available in at least 50% of ESPN fantasy leagues.
Let’s take a look at some of the potential waiver wire pickups that could help your teams heading into Week 14 of the NFL campaign.
Kadarius Toney, WR, Kansas City Chiefs (49.9%)

Toney has been disappointing in his short NFL career, missing a ton of time due to injuries. Since being traded to Kansas City, he’s missed the last two weeks with a hamstring.
If Toney returns against Denver this week, he should be more comfortable than he was when scored 17 points in just his second game with the Chiefs, and with Patrick Mahomes at the helm, the wideout should have a ton of fantasy upside.
Zonovan Knight, RB, New York Jets (39.3%)

Knight has been impressive since Michael Carter went out with an injury. Over the last two weeks, he’s recorded 26.1 fantasy points, as he’s split some time with James Robinson and Ty Johnson.
There’s a chance that Carter returns in Week 14, but if he doesn’t, Knight deserves starting consideration even against the Buffalo Bills.
Jared Goff, QB, Detroit Lions (29.6%)

Goff has been the 18th-ranked quarterback in fantasy this season, scoring 15.5 points per week. Last week, he put up 21.6 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, showing, once again, that this offense can be fantasy relevant.
With Minnesota’s 25th-ranked defense on the schedule in Week 14, Goff may be able to continue that trend.
Hunter Henry, TE, New England Patriots (26.1%)

The tight end position, as a whole, has been tough to judge for the last two seasons. For example, Henry was tied for the league lead in receiving touchdowns last year, but he has just two in 2022.
With New England currently outside the playoffs, if they want to make it they’ll need to start scoring in the red zone. Henry is their best option in close to do so.
Seahawks, D/ST (48.8%)

Seattle’s defense has been impressive this year, led by some surprising rookies. They’re the 13th-ranked unit in fantasy, averaging 5.7 points per contest.
Playing Carolina in Week 14, who are allowing 7.7 points to opposing defenses, the Seahawks may be able to force Sam Darnold into a turnover or two.
