A man is now jailed in Dallas, accused of two murders in two cities within 36 hours.
Officials confirm that Diavian Roberts is in the Dallas County jail on two counts of murder. One killing he's accused of was at a Family Dollar store in Dallas where a manager was gunned down last Thursday night.
On Saturday morning, a man was shot down at a Lancaster QT on Pleasant Run Drive.
After circulating some security camera images, police got tips leading them to Roberts.
