2ds agoFDNY officials say one person is dead after a house fire in Brooklyn.
Firefighters say the flames broke out on the second floor of a building on 1383 Belt Parkway North just after 12:30 a.m. Monday.
One civilian died at the scene, and a firefighter was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
