COLE MEN WAS AT THE SCENE ALONG KENNEDY AVENUE. AFTER SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE MANNA WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL. LILY: THE CALL CAME IN JUST AFTER 5:30 AM. A MAN STUCK INSIDE HIS HOME AS FLAMES ERUPTED, LEAVING HIM NO OTHER CHOICE THAN TO JUMP FROM HIS PORCH ROOF. >> THEY SAID HE JUMPED OFF HIS ROOF BUT I HOPE HE’S ALL RIGHT. LILY: A SCARY MORNING FOR RESIDENTS IN THIS DUQUESNE NEIGHBORHOOD. NEIGHBORS TELL US THE MAN WHO LIVES INSIDE THIS HOME ON KENNEDY AVENUE JAMAICA FROM HIS PORCH ROOF AFTER HIS HOME CAUGHT FIRE. >> THE HOUSE WAS HEATED AND I THINK HE HAD A KEROSENE HEATER OR SOMETHING. Fire broke out early Tuesday morning

Allegheny County 911 dispatchers confirmed one person was taken to the hospital following a fire in Duquesne on Tuesday morning.The fire broke out a little after 5:30 a.m. on Kennedy Avenue.A neighbor told Pittsburgh's Action News 4 a man who lives in the home jumped out and was found screaming on the sidewalk. The condition of the person hurt has not been released.There was no initial word on what sparked the fire.
