Newly evicted Love Island star Tak has slammed some of the boys who are still in the villa, calling them “childish”.

Tak praised fellow cast-mate Jordan but named Mitch, Callum, and Austen and said they formed a “boys club” early on.

“We sort of noticed it in the first couple of days, really,” he told So Dramatic!. “Mitch, Callum, and Austen made this little boys group of which was just the three of them. [They were] very childish at times,” Tak revealed.

He added: “Jordan and I were like, ‘we’ll just sit back’. I think [we] were a little bit more on the more mature side. We didn’t really want to be a part of it. We didn’t really mind.”

Throughout his time in the villa, Tak was often mocked by some of the other male islanders – in particular, OG Mitch and Callum.

However, despite struggling to bond with many of the men, Tak struck up a solid friendship with many of the women and ended up being somewhat of an oracle of advice for them.

When Tak was dumped from the villa on last night’s episode of Love Island, Claudia and Jess asked for some one on one time with him before he left.

“Tak, we need our last tea time with Tak,” Jess said as she and Claudia entered the bedroom with mugs of tea where Tak was packing.

“We just want to say, you are our go-to guy, you’re our knight in shining armour, and you are our best friend,” Jess and Claudia told Tak at “tea time”.

Speaking of the close friendship he’d forged with the women in the villa, Tak told the publication that he believes some of the other men were envious.

“It made things a little bit weird at times because the boys obviously got a bit jealous,” he said, adding: “But at the same time, I’d rather just enjoy the girls’ company, so it didn’t really phase me.”
