Xiaomi 12T Pro Daniel Arsham Edition goes on sale for €899 in Europe
Xiaomi has started selling the Daniel Arsham Edition of the Xiaomi 12T Pro, roughly two weeks after announcing the limited edition handset. For some reason, Xiaomi is making people jump through hoops to purchase the smartphone, which offers no performance advantages over the regular Xiaomi 12T Pro. Instead, Xiaomi has given the Xiaomi 12T Pro a new paint job, plus colour-matching accessories and a new box design.
As of today, Xiaomi is allowing people to pay a €50 reservation fee before requiring the remaining €849 balance between December 12 and December 13. For reference, it will only be possible to reserve the Xiaomi 12T Pro Daniel Arsham Edition between today and the end of December 11. Xiaomi estimates that it will start shipping pre-orders a few days later, with deliveries expected between December 16 and December 19.
Supposedly, Xiaomi will only offer 2,000 units across its website, High Snobriety and at a pop-up store in Berlin. If you miss the opportunity to order a Daniel Arsham Edition online, then the pop-up store will be open between December 16 and December 17. In short, Xiaomi is charging an additional €100 for a limited edition finish, with the new model utilising the same Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset, 120 W fast charging and high-resolution display as the regular model. The Xiaomi 12T Pro Daniel Arsham Edition is only available with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, too.
