Two 16-year-old boys are facing felony charges after a shooting in Pittsburgh's Homewood North neighborhood left a teenage girl in critical condition.James Acklin, 16, of Duquesne, and Raymur Sicklesmith, 16, of Pittsburgh, were arraigned Tuesday morning and were being held in the Allegheny County Jail.Police said the shooting happened Monday afternoon on Frankstown Avenue near the Frankstown Laundromat.Court paperwork said a fight between two teenage girls occurred before the incident and that the teenage victim was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the stomach.She was last listed in critical condition.A Pittsburgh Public Schools official confirmed the victim is a PPS student.Pittsburgh Public Safety said Sicklesmith and Acklin are charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, attempted homicide and recklessly endangering another person, and that Sicklesmith is also charged with firearms violations.The two suspects face preliminary hearings later this month. Both are charged as adults.
