A MAN WAS ARRESTED THIS MORNING AFTER A STABBING AT A WEST POINT GROCERY STORE. 30 YEAR OLD DAKOTA NORDSTROM OF CRESTON FACES SEVERAL CHARGES, INCLUDING ATTEMPTED MURDER AND BURGLARY. WEST POINT POLICE SAY HE STABBED A 37 YEAR OLD MAN OUTSIDE THE HY-VEE STORE ON JORDAN CREEK PARKWAY AROUND 530 THIS MORNING. POLICE FOUND THE VICTIM AT A HOSPITAL WITH

A Creston man is facing multiple charges in connection to a stabbing that occurred in a Hy-Vee parking lot.Police charged 30-year-old Dakota Nordstrom with attempted murder, willful injury causing serious injury, going armed with intent and first-degree burglary. Police said Nordstrom stabbed a 37-year-old in the leg while in a vehicle. The vehicle was parked at Hy-Vee on Jordan Creek Parkway. Officers were called to the scene at about 5:30 a.m. The victim was hospitalized. Nordstrom was transported to the Dallas County Jail.
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa —
A Creston man is facing multiple charges in connection to a stabbing that occurred in a Hy-Vee parking lot.
