The Red Hot Chili Peppers will play State Farm Stadium in Glendale with special guests the Strokes and Thundercat on Sunday, May 14.

This is the Red Hot Chili Pepper's first appearance in the Valley since 2017, when the Getaway Tour played Gila River Arena.

In March, the Chili Peppers received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In August, they received the Global Icon Award at the MTV Video Music Award, presented by Cheech & Chong.

Their latest album, "Return of the Dream Canteen," was released in late October. It was produced by Rick Rubin during the same sessions as their previous album, "Unlimited Love."
