Former Pointless co-host Richard Osman has married his partner, Doctor Who actress Ingrid Oliver.
Sharing the happy news on his Instagram account, the comedian and television presenter confirmed that the couple tied the knot over the weekend, writing: "The most magical, joyful day on Saturday with my beautiful wife @ingrid_oliver. Surrounded by wonderful friends and family, a day full of love and laughter. We're so, so happy."
Osman confirmed the couple's engagement earlier this year after Oliver was spotted wearing a ring on her finger. See Richard's Instagram post here.

Speaking about the relationship on BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs last year, Osman revealed the couple were an item and said he was now at a place in life where he wanted to be.
"I'm happy with myself, I've got these beautiful kids, I've met the woman who I'm going to be with for the rest of my life," he said. "That thing of competition and ambition, you soon realise that rocket fuel disappears and it's about happiness and my kids bring me happiness and Ingrid brings me happiness."

Earlier this year, Osman announced that he would be leaving Pointless after 13 years in the role. The game show is yet to announce a permanent replacement for the star, with several guests taking his place for the foreseeable future.
Discussing his life after the show, Osman, who is also a bestselling author with The Thursday Murder Club series, said he is enjoying life away from the TV cameras.
Speaking to The Mail on Sunday's You magazine, he said: "I spent my whole working life in telly where you're surrounded by people all the time, but I've surprised myself by finding I really enjoyed shutting the door, sitting down and writing."
Pointless airs weekdays on BBC One.
