According to this, Story Kitchen has secured the collaboration with Slocap and would like to have the story for the film written by Derek Kolstad (John Wick). Dmitri M. Johnson as well as Mike Goldberg, Dan Jevons and Timothy I. Stevenson are likely to be present as producers.
The film would be based on the game and feature a revenge story set in modern China. The movie should also take a turn with age. Deadline describes it as a mix of “John Wick and M. Night Shyamalan’s Old”.
