SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Northern mountains are expected to pick up 5-10" of snow with the storm moving in Sunday night through Monday.
The storm's impact on the Wasatch Front valleys will be minimal, with a trace to 2" of snow expected.

The cold front will be moving in between 9 p.m. to midnight on Sunday, starting as rain in the valleys and switching over to snow by 11 p.m. at the earliest.
It was forecasted that southern Salt Lake County into Utah County would be receiving snow during the morning commute.

The northern half of the Wasatch Front should be dry during the commute.
2News meteorologist Jill Margetts said the frontal boundary appears to sit on Utah County through the afternoon, keeping snow chances possible.
