Two people were injured in weekend shootings in Denver, according to police. Police have not reported any arrests.
The first shooting occurred near East Hampden avenue and South Akron street Saturday night. Police reported the shooting just after 5 p.m. and found one injured person.

The victim had an unknown extent of injuries according to police. The investigation remains open and Denver Police are working to develop suspect information.
The second shooting occurred Sunday afternoon in the 1100 block of 22nd street. Denver Police reported the shooting before 1:45 p.m.

Police located a victim with an unknown extent of injuries. Police said this investigation is also active.
Police could not provide more information on either shooting as of 3:15 p.m. Sunday.
